Good Sunday every one..

If we want to feel more at peace, healthier, and lower our anxiety.
If we want to look better, feel better, and improve your body and mind,

We must cut on our consumption of animal products.
The way the animals are kept and killed is so unhealthy wether we are aware of this or not.
The fear the screaming, the panic and anxiety they feel goes down deep into every cell of our bodies as we ingest these toxins and make there way all the way down to how we feel..

I would invite every one to try a week with out animal product and see how you feel for your-self!
You will be amazed at the difference.. I was shocked and I will definitively make a effort to continue to go vegan more and more. Not necessary easy but oh my god so , so, so worth it!

Go to your Netflix account, or other. Choose documentary and you will have so many on these subject to get educated on for your health and your families' s health.
